Required qualifications:

• Active RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
• Previous experience in a school, clinic, or pediatric setting preferred
• Foundational knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
• Patience, adaptability, and the capacity to work effectively in diverse environments
• Able to pass background screenings and meet all school-specific compliance requirements

Key responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students, following individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track data on student progress, reporting observations to supervising BCBA and educational teams
• Assist in teaching replacement behaviors and reinforcing positive social skills
• Communicate effectively with teachers, school professionals, and families to ensure consistency in behavior strategies
• Participate in training sessions, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students
