We're partnered with one of the most exciting AI companies in the market right now. With a strong growth marketing function already in place, they are now adding a second operator to the team to own pipeline generation across their target markets. This is a newly created role, reporting into the Head of Marketing, sitting at the heart of a lean and high-performing go-to-market function.

This is not a role for someone who waits to be briefed. You'll design campaigns, build the assets yourself, run experiments every week, and be directly accountable for the qualified pipeline you generate.

The Growth Marketer will:

  • Run 3-5+ demand generation experiments per week across LinkedIn, email, paid social and paid search — with a disciplined approach to testing, iteration and learning
  • Own a pipeline number, with every campaign traceable to qualified opportunities for the sales team
  • Build and manage target account lists in close coordination with RevOps and Sales, mapping the right contacts within priority accounts
  • Design and execute full campaign sequences end-to-end: strategy, copy, asset creation and reporting
  • Build assets independently — landing pages, email sequences, one-pagers, LinkedIn creatives — leveraging AI tools to move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Own CRM hygiene and performance tracking in HubSpot, reporting on what is and isn't working
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure all campaigns are on-brand and consistent with the wider messaging strategy

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in demand generation, growth marketing or a closely related role within a B2B tech environment
  • Ability to own campaign execution completely end-to-end, without reliance on a creative or support team around you
  • Hands-on experience running ABM-style campaigns: ICP-led targeting, account mapping and personalised outreach sequences
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable reading your own data, drawing conclusions quickly and adjusting course
  • Fluent across the core channels: LinkedIn, paid social, email and paid search
  • An AI-native operator — you use AI tools daily as a natural part of how you work
  • Experience across more than one geographic market, with an understanding that US and European campaigns require different instincts, not just different copy
