Backed by significant investment and large-scale expansion initiatives, the company is focused on scaling highly advanced, environmentally conscious manufacturing technologies.
They are seeking a Principal Laser Process Engineer to lead the deployment, optimization, and scaling of high-power laser processing systems across multiple manufacturing environments. This individual will work cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, automation, optics, software, and systems engineering teams to develop and industrialize advanced laser-based material processing technologies.
In addition to driving hands-on process development, this role will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams focused on experimentation, process optimization, and data-driven manufacturing improvements.
