Seed-stage AI company (backed, growing fast) is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO.

This is a high-ownership, no-ego role. You'll run strategic projects, manage deals, build hiring processes, and own whatever has the highest leverage that week. Early on that includes inbox management and scheduling. It grows into owning GTM.

You're probably:

• 1–3 years at MBB consultancy, a top-tier bank (Goldman Sachs, JPMC, MS, Evercore, Lazard), or in a startup ops / CoS role with direct founder access
• Strong academic background — top-tier university or equivalent demonstrated performance
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast context-switching, and unglamorous execution
• Based in SF or willing to relocate (relocation + 1 month housing paid)
