We are partnering with a hyper-growth AI technology company that is building out its global finance organization and seeking an experienced Global Accounting Lead to take ownership of intercompany accounting and consolidation processes across multiple entities. This is a highly visible opportunity to build and scale accounting infrastructure in a complex, fast-paced pre-IPO environment. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in manual consolidations, intercompany accounting, and scalable process design, along with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and scale intercompany accounting frameworks across multiple global entities
• Own the full intercompany lifecycle, including billing, settlements, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Build and enhance consolidation workflows and scalable accounting processes
• Establish intercompany controls, policies, and governance frameworks
• Improve close efficiency and reduce reconciliation risk across entities
• Partner cross-functionally to support company growth and operational scalability

Required Experience

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 6+ years focused on consolidation and intercompany accounting
• Hands-on manual consolidation experience across multiple entities and reporting structures
• Experience setting up consolidation systems and workflows
• Deep understanding of intercompany inventory markup and consolidation logic
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience supporting monthly close in multi-entity environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting operations workflows
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• CPA preferred
