About the Role:

Join an established healthtech organization focused on improving provider efficiency through intelligent software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead frontend engineering initiatives that support scalable healthcare applications, modern user experiences, and cross-functional platform development.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a frontend platform engineering team supporting digital health products and platform capabilities
• Drive technical direction and delivery for frontend systems supporting web and multi-surface healthcare applications
• Enhance frontend reliability, usability, accessibility, and application performance across customer-facing products
• Develop reusable frontend frameworks, UI standards, and engineering workflows that improve consistency across teams
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Security, and Engineering leaders to shape frontend strategy and user experience

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of engineering experience, including leadership experience managing frontend or platform teams
• Strong expertise with modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, and contemporary build tooling
• Experience supporting real-time, data-intensive, or high-reliability user workflows
• Proven success building shared frontend infrastructure, platform capabilities, or design systems at scale
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and product direction across teams
