Responsibilities

  • Customer-Facing Technical Support
  • Partner directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and answer implementation questions
  • Debug and resolve frontend and backend product issues
  • Support customer onboarding, platform configuration, and ongoing technical enablement
  • Participate in customer calls, Slack channels, and technical discussions as a trusted technical advisor
  • Product & Engineering Collaboration
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering priorities
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and usability
  • Build lightweight internal tools, scripts, and integrations to support customer success initiatives
  • Integrations & Implementation
  • Support API integrations and data exchange troubleshooting
  • Assist with data migrations and implementation workflows
  • Help customers operationalize the platform within their existing environments
  • Qualifications

    • 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as:
    • Solutions Engineer
    • Sales Engineer
    • Technical Support Engineer
    • QA Engineer
    • Implementation Engineer
    • Strong full-stack troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
    • Hands-on coding experience with Python and TypeScript (or comparable modern languages/frameworks)
    • Experience supporting customers in startup or high-growth technology environments
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Prior experience in healthtech, fintech, payments, or workflow automation environments is highly preferred
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environment

    Pay range and compensation package

    Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000

    Competitive equity package

    Hybrid schedule: 4 days/week onsite in San Francisco

    Limited visa sponsorship available for select transfer or straightforward visa situations
