We're an consumer startup already serving hundreds of thousands of users across multiple markets.

The product is live. Users are there. Revenue is there. Growth is there.

Now the challenge is execution:

Building a product experience people love, scaling fast, and creating a category-defining company.

We're looking for a founding engineer who wants to build something ambitious.

The role

This is not a “ticket execution” role.

You'll work directly with the founder on:

• product strategy,
• UX,
• growth,
• monetization,
• infrastructure,
• AI features,
• and company direction overall.

You should think like an owner, not an employee.

We want someone who:

• cares deeply about user behavior,
• obsesses over product quality,
• moves extremely fast,
• and wants to help build a very large company over the next 5–10 years.

What matters most

The hardest problems are not purely technical.

They're questions like:

• Why do users drop?
• Why do they trust us?
• What makes them emotionally engaged?
• What creates retention?
• What turns a product into a habit?
• How do we create a best-in-class mobile experience?
• How do we turn distribution into a durable company?

We care a lot about:

• UX,
• conversion,
• speed,
• product instinct,
• and founder mentality.

What you'll work on

• Improving key user journeys
• Increasing conversion rates
• Building delightful mobile experiences
• Creating AI-powered user features
• Scaling backend infrastructure
• Shipping experiments fast
• Building monetization systems
• Improving retention and engagement
• Working directly from analytics and user feedback

You'll have real ownership from day one.
