You own the growth-machine:

  • PLG growth loops
  • Paid acquisition & SEA
  • AI-first creatives & copy
  • Founder-led content distribution
  • Community growth
  • Revenue-focused experimentation

No agencies. No approval chains. No powerpoints.

You execute fast, test fast, iterate fast.

The only metric that matters: €0 → €1M ARR.

You're a fit if:

  • You've already scaled a SaaS product from 0 → €1M.
  • You think in distribution, not branding.
  • You are AI-native in your workflow.

This is a Co-Founder-level role. Means Co-Founder responsibility, founder-level upside.
