We're hiring a GNC Engineer to develop the guidance, navigation, and control systems powering next-generation autonomous drones. You'll work across estimation, controls, simulation, and real-world flight testing to improve vehicle autonomy and performance in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for autonomous UAVs
• Build state estimation and sensor fusion systems using onboard sensors
• Design flight control and trajectory planning systems
• Work closely with software, mechanical, and electrical engineers on integrated drone platforms
• Test and validate systems in simulation and real-world flight environments

Requirements

• Strong background in controls, robotics, aerospace, or autonomous systems
• Experience with Kalman Filters, PID/LQR/MPC control, or state estimation
• Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
• Experience working with drones, robotics, or embedded systems
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
