Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Exec hiring

📍San Francisco (Hybrid - 3 days a week on site)

💼 6-Month Contract

We're The Rec Hub – we embed brilliant recruitment professionals directly into some of the world's most exciting tech and scale-up companies. Right now, we're looking for aTalent Coordinatorto join and support the recruitment team of a high-growth Fintech / Payments organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and support reporting and recruitment metrics.
• Chase feedback and keep hiring processes moving efficiently and on track against agreed SLAs
• Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects, process improvements, and pipelining.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in talent/recruitment coordination.
• Must have worked with Exec hiring, managing complex diary requirements for interviews.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Confident, proactive communicator with a “get it done” attitude.
