Insight Global is partnering with a luxury fragrance brand to hire a hands‑on Operations & Production Associate to work closely with the founder across production, fulfillment, and daily operations.

This is not a warehouse or assembly‑line role — it's for someone who cares deeply about craftsmanship, precision, and quality.

What you'll do:

• Bottle, label, package, and crimp fragrance products to luxury standards
• Assist with fragrance blending using precise formulas and measurements
• Pick, pack, and ship orders with a gift‑level presentation mindset
• Support Shopify orders, inventory, and basic e‑commerce operations
• Help keep a small, founder‑led operation running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Extremely detail‑oriented with strong fine motor skills
• Comfortable with basic math (percentages, ratios, scaling)
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Reliable, self‑directed, and eager to grow with the brand
• No fragrance sensitivities; willing to wear protective gear

Pay: $20–$22/hr (based on experience)

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
