Job Duties
- Execute RF regulatory testing (radiated, conducted, certification)
- Debug compliance failures and drive resolution with HW/RF teams
- Validate RF exposure across global regulatory standards
- Partner with third-party labs to support certification
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Strong RF compliance testing experience (WiFi, Bluetooth, UWB)
- Hands-on with RF lab equipment (spectrum analyzer, VNA, etc.)
- Experience supporting certification (FCC/CE or similar)
- Comfortable debugging and working cross-functionally
- Consumer electronics background
- Experience working with external test labs
Pay Rate: $80-$86/hour
** The role will rotate between different facilities in Milpitas, Fremont and San Francisco
