The priority of the seasonal concierge is to provide a warm and gracious welcome to each visitor to Frank Family Vineyards, as well as to ensure that each guest understands the wine experiences, and any other information that will enhance their visit. The Concierge will serve as a reservationist for the tasting room whether that be taking reservations over the phone or in person. The concierge will enter appropriate guest information into the reservation system. Must be available weekends. Responsibilities Courteously greets visitors, providing an exceptional first impression. Provide information regarding the tastings offered, tasting fees and answer questions regarding the winery, family history, and surrounding area. Assist guests in making reservations over the phone and direct calls within the tasting room. Actively remain aware of tasting room guest count, ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled on a basis of availability and guest wellbeing.
