Eric has spent 20+ years leading software engineering and AI initiatives across global teams — building scalable platforms, managing large engineering organizations, and developing AI-driven systems used by millions of users worldwide.

We're now looking for a strategic ADVISOR/OPERATOR with experience in:

• creative SaaS
• creator workflow products
• post-production tooling
• onboarding / activation strategy
• creator adoption and growth strategy

This is NOT a passive advisor role.

We're specifically looking for someone who can help identify:

• onboarding optimization
• adoption and retention strategy
• workflow trust and product positioning
• creator-focused GTM expansion
• activation and conversion improvements

Compensation:

• Equity-based opportunity (~0.25%–1.5% range depending on involvement, experience, and measurable contribution) — 2 year vesting with a 6 month cliff
• Milestone/performance-based incentives
• Potential transition to full salaried role post-funding (likely ~$125k–$200k+ range depending on scope and company growth)
