Nayamode-BlueWave is a digital marketing, creative, and consulting agency that partners with leading enterprise technology organizations to deliver innovative marketing, digital transformation, AI-driven content, and consulting solutions.

We are seeking a senior-level Business Development & Sales Manager with an established network and proven sales experience within large enterprise technology organizations — specifically companies such as HP, Dell Technologies, Visa, Intel, Oracle, and similar Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.

This is a relationship-first role. We are specifically looking for someone who already has deep contacts and credibility within these organizations and has successfully sold consulting, creative, digital, marketing, or managed services into these environments.

Candidates without direct enterprise relationship experience within these types of accounts will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business growth across enterprise technology and Fortune 500 accounts
  • Leverage existing executive and stakeholder relationships to identify, influence, and close opportunities
  • Sell a combination of: Creative agency services, digital marketing solutions, AI-enabled marketing and content offerings, enterprise consulting services, staffing and managed consulting engagements, & digital transformation initiatives
  • Build strategic relationships with marketing leaders, procurement teams, business stakeholders, and executive decision-makers
  • Lead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
  • Develop customized solution proposals aligned to client business objectives
  • Partner closely with internal leadership, recruiting, creative, and delivery teams to shape solutions and drive successful engagements
  • Expand existing enterprise relationships while identifying new divisions, teams, and opportunities within target accounts
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales performance metrics

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of enterprise business development or strategic sales experience
  • Proven experience selling into large enterprise technology organizations including: HP, Dell Technologies, Visa, Intel, Oracle, Google
  • Existing relationships and active professional networks within these organizations strongly required
  • Demonstrated success closing six- and seven-figure consulting, agency, or digital services engagements
  • Experience selling one or more of the following: Consulting services, Creative agency services, Digital transformation services, Marketing operations solutions, Managed services, Enterprise staffing, or embedded consulting solutions
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
