Workplace Move Coordinator

Position Details:

Location: San Ramon, CA (Onsite)

Type: 1 Month Contract (Can be extended)

$35w2 per hour

About the Role - Our client is consolidating office space and needs a reliable, hands-on team member to support the transition. This is a short-term, physical role focused on getting the job done — someone who can take direction, work independently once oriented, and see tasks through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the physical office move and consolidation of two floors into one
• Assist in cataloging and scanning equipment and assets
• Identify and record serial numbers and barcodes
• Help sort and manage e-waste responsibly
• Use good judgment to determine what has value and what can be discarded
• Take direction from the team lead and execute tasks without constant supervision

• Dependable, organized, and physically capable of hands-on move work
• Able to follow direction and work independently once given tasks
• Comfortable with basic asset tracking (scanning, labeling, logging)
• Detail-oriented — can distinguish between a serial number and a barcode
• No-ego attitude — willing to do what it takes to support the team
