A leading global specialty insurance organization is seeking a Senior E&S Property Underwriter to join its growing West Coast team. My client is the first call wholesale brokers make for competitive E&S Property needs.

This is a market-facing production underwriting role focused on developing and managing wholesale broker relationships while underwriting a diverse portfolio of middle market and complex property risks.

The organization offers a broad underwriting appetite, strong operational support, and significant growth opportunities within a highly respected E&S platform.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal E&S Property business
• Develop and maintain strong wholesale broker relationships
• Analyze risk exposures, pricing, and coverage structures
• Drive profitable growth within assigned territory
• Collaborate with underwriting leadership and internal partners
• Attend broker meetings, industry events, and marketing visits

Qualifications

• 3+ years of E&S Property underwriting experience
• Strong wholesale broker relationships
• Experience underwriting middle market or complex property risks
• Strong marketing and business development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
