The Mentor/ Coach plays a critical role in ensuring student success by providing job-imbedded and ongoing professional development. The Mentor/ Coach assists in the implementation and monitoring of Head Start/ Early Head Start services, providing compliance with Head Start/ Early Head Start Performance Standards and the current work plans. The Mentor/ Coach will be responsible for assisting classroom staff in meeting the educational services as required by Head Start Performance Standards, Terms and Conditions of California Department of Education, and Community Care Licensing while ensuring compliance. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the Agencys policies and applicable federal and state laws.
