We are looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter with 6+ years of experience to support an innovative AI-driven startup. You will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top GTM talent, including sales, marketing, and customer success professionals, to drive business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of emerging technologies and talent acquisition in a Series B startup environment.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Understand startup culture and work with cross-functional teams to recruit talent that aligns with business growth objectives.
  • Have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting sales, marketing, and customer success professionals in fast-paced, AI-driven organizations.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and leverage innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates while ensuring a streamlined and positive experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand GTM hiring needs and build scalable recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize sourcing tools to build a pipeline of top GTM talent, including sales, marketing, and customer success leaders.
  • Engage, nurture, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process, from job postings to offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on hiring trends and competitive benchmarks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and culture.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in Go-To-Market (GTM) roles within Series B startups or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ability to source, attract, and close top-tier sales, marketing, and customer success talent.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, social media, Boolean searches).
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including interviews, negotiations, and offer management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with emerging technologies, particularly in the AI space.
