I'm currently partnering with a growing aerospace/electronics manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Production Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations on the manufacturing floor.

This is not a desk-only leadership role — the team is looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting technicians, solving problems in real time, and helping production stay on track.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead daily production activities and floor execution

• Support and develop technicians and assemblers

• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain

• Troubleshoot production issues and remove bottlenecks

• Drive workflow/process improvements and schedule adherence

• Help build a strong, team-oriented manufacturing culture

What they're looking for:

✔ 5+ years in manufacturing/assembly environments

✔ 2+ years leading or supervising teams

✔ Strong mechanical/electrical assembly knowledge

✔ Experience troubleshooting in a production environment

✔ Lean manufacturing/process improvement exposure preferred

✔ RF or high-frequency electronics experience is a plus

This role is ideal for someone who has naturally stepped into leadership responsibilities (mentoring, coaching, guiding technicians, leading projects, etc.) and is ready to continue growing as a manufacturing leader.
