Salary Range - This position pays Minimum Wage $16.90/hour plus tips. The Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests/members in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The individual is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company's Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag. Be familiar with the organization of the Restaurant both indoor and outdoor. Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials.
