SALARY RANGE - This position pays Minimum Wage $16.90/hour plus tips. The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the Pools in the resort while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company's Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Assist servers with bringing food orders. Thoroughly clean Pool areas according to standards. Re -stock towels, linens and required supplies around the pool area. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Abide by all resort policies and safety rules. Perform other duties as requested by management.
