Salary Range - This position pays Minimum Wage $16.90/hour plus tips. The Food runner is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The role is also responsible for delivering food items to guests and ensuring order is accurate and timely. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company's Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag. Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions. Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each guest.
