DMA teachers serve as an academic, emotional, and spiritual model in the Lasallian Vincentian formation of students. In addition to providing direct classroom instruction, teachers partner closely with our Academic Resource program and school counseling teams to provide holistic care and communication to students and their families. Teachers also serve as mentors to the Associate teacher on their grade-level team. Teachers strive to create an environment where students can achieve their highest potential, as measured by demonstrable academic and social gains.
