Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.; Support staff and visitors with directions, de-escalation, and general assistance while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal and site-specific expectations.
