Adventist Health System - 3273 Claremont Way - Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule surgeries and follow-up appointments as designated by physicians; Verify patient insurance coverage and determine whether referrals or authorizations are needed; Answer phone calls, take referrals, receive messages, and transfer calls as appropriate; Prepare daily and monthly reports and schedules including operating room use and pre-admission visit schedules; Schedule nursing staff and provide training arrangements for new staff
