The Opportunity

Our client delivers a tailored, hard services-led facilities management solution, combining in-house technical expertise with best-in-class partners. Alongside core FM and project delivery, they offer specialist services across ESG, workplace strategy, security consulting, and experience.

As Head of Project Management, you'll play a key role in shaping project delivery strategy, leading teams, and ensuring operational and financial excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of project professionals
• Owning the full project lifecycle — from procurement through to execution and closeout
• Driving operational performance, efficiency, and delivery excellence
• Managing financial performance including P&L, cost control, and billing
• Identifying and mitigating project risks across complex programmes
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support wider business objectives
• Embedding best practice and continuous improvement across processes

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years' experience in project management within construction, FM, or related sectors
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications (PMP, CCM, LEED AP) are a plus
• Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
