Summary
The Product Development Project Manager – Hospitality will be responsible for shaping and sourcing product development for hospitality based on the customers' expectations and in alignment with our brand standards. While our internal project managers are customer-facing and managing the relationships with our customers, the Product Development Project Manager – Hospitality manages the vendor relationships by providing detailed technical specifications, artwork, and product documentation to support production and vendor execution.
This role requires technical aptitude with the ability to adjust renderings using Photoshop and related programs in order to illustrate the dimensions, aesthetics, and materials required from the vendors to ensure accuracy and successful execution of the product for hospitality. This role utilizes PLM to track the status of product development and eliminate roadblocks throughout the product lifecycle. This role operates as a liaison between our overseas partners and the internal product development team. The Product Development Project Manager - Hospitality responsibilities cover the full product lifecycle, from customer concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational goals, and customer expectations, while maintaining alliance to the residential side of the business.
