Immigration Paralegal In San Francisco Bay Area

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in business immigration, specifically EB-5 investor petitions, E-2 treaty investor visas, and L-1A intracompany transferee cases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex filings from intake through submission with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities – EB-5 (Primary Focus)

· Prepare and file Forms I-526 / I-526E, I-485, DS-260, and I-829

· Work closely with clients on source of funds documentation (gifts, loans, business income, real estate, dividends, etc.)

· Organize and analyze financial documents for USCIS compliance

· Draft detailed cover letters and petition support documentation

· Coordinate with accountants, translators, and regional centers

E-2 Visa

· Prepare complete E-2 visa packages

· Assist in structuring investment and enterprise documentation

· Coordinate consular filings and client interview preparation

L-1A Visa

· Prepare L-1A petitions including new office and extensions

· Draft support letters demonstrating managerial/executive capacity

· Coordinate corporate documentation and organizational charts

General Responsibilities

· Manage full case lifecycle from intake to filing

· Draft forms, legal letters, and client correspondence

· Maintain organized case files

· Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions

· Communicate with clients and provide updates

· Respond to RFEs and assist with motions/appeals

· Ensure compliance with USCIS and consular requirements

Qualifications

· Minimum 5+ years immigration paralegal experience

· Strong EB-5 experience (source of funds required)

· Experience with E-2 and L-1A visas

· Excellent writing and organizational skills

· Ability to handle complex financial documentation

· High attention to detail

· Ability to work independently
