Senior AI Content Operations Specialist

One of The Sage Group's top clients is searching for a Senior AI Content Operations Specialist, in ecommerce B2C tech. The client is a leading technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products that include online advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, and software.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to help accelerate AI-driven marketing execution for client's Platforms & Devices (P&D) organization. You will apply your elite editorial eye to our emerging AI workflows. You will partner with our marketing teams to train AI systems, refine prompt libraries, and scale high-quality content generation across a complex digital ecosystem—including Client Store (site), paid ads, CRM/email, and in-app placements. You will be instrumental in helping us transition our creative execution into an efficient, AI-first model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt Architecture: Translate P&D brand guidelines and campaign messaging into robust system instructions and prompt libraries. Teach our AI models the nuances of the client voice and adapt it for specific channel constraints (e.g., Ads vs. Email vs. Site).
• Knowledge Gardening: Help own the ongoing curation and "gardening" of our internal prompt libraries and AI knowledge bases. Monitor for "drift" in brand voice, update instructions based on new product launches, and ensure the AI's training data remains fresh, accurate, and relevant.
• Workflow Optimization: Audit existing content creation processes and help implement optimized, AI-accelerated workflows. Assist the team in integrating generative AI tools seamlessly into their daily operations.
• Cross-Channel Quality Control: Act as a specialized editorial gatekeeper for AI-generated copy. Conduct root-cause analysis on AI hallucinations or off-brand outputs, and continuously refine the underlying prompts to improve future generation across all digital placements.
• AI Tooling Feedback Loop: Act as a power-user of internal Generative AI tools. Document limitations, test new features, and provide structured feedback to technical teams to help pilot and improve AI solutions for marketing.

Requirements:

Ideal Background:

Senior-level copywriting, content strategy, or editorial experience with a demonstrated passion and experience for Generative AI, prompt engineering, and digital marketing across multiple channels (web, email, ads, apps). In accordance with tone and voice, branding guidelines.

Duration: Through the end of the year to start, plus strong extension potential

Location: 100% remote in USA

Compensation

$100-135/hour
