These are at one of the world's biggest sporting events, where you'll play a key role in delivering seamless, real-time operations and unforgettable guest experiences.
Contract Details
This is a fixed-term contract running from May to July 2026.
Role Overview
You will support day-to-day transport and operations, including vehicle coordination, supplier management, real-time monitoring, and on-site execution. Working closely with Host City Managers, you'll help ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery across all client groups.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle dispatch, fleet movements, and logistics operations
Monitor live operations and respond to delays or disruptions
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams
Support on-site execution at depots, venues, and key locations
Track performance, incidents, and reporting
Ensure smooth, real-time operations in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Experience in
live events, sports events, or large-scale logisticsStrong ability to work in
high-pressure, real-time environmentsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience in transport, dispatch, or operations is a strong plus
Local availability in the host city (on-site role required)
