Role Description
The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives for our organization within the Sales Department. This strategic role is responsible for expanding market presence, developing new revenue streams, and strengthening long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales strategy, relationship management, and market expansion within service-based or facilities, janitorial or real estate -related industries, property management or recruiting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Client Relationship Management
Manage and coordinate with marketing team for creation of promotional materials and content
Participate in Leadership meetings and trainings
