We're seeking an experienced copywriter to support our FinTech client's Creative Team. The company builds automated investing, money-management and home lending products—we need a writer who can produce sharp, on-brand copy quickly and has a track record of collaborating with in-house teams—namely, design, marketing, and Compliance.

You'll support active creative work: campaigns, product and lifecycle messaging, and clear explanations of how our products work—always with strategic judgment and strong execution.

About You

• Write and revise copy for campaigns, launches, and ongoing marketing needs across channels (web, email, paid social, and similar).
• Partner with designers, PMMs, and others to align on voice, narrative, and deadlines.
• Interpret complex financial concepts into consumer and client-facing language that's accurate, accessible, and on-brand.
• Work with Compliance on copy decks and iterations so messaging meets regulatory expectations.
• Communicate status clearly and hit agreed timelines in a fast-moving team.

You must have

• Specialized experience in fintech and/or home lending (e.g., banking, investing, mortgage, refi, HELOC, or adjacent regulated consumer finance). You should already speak the basics of product and regulatory context so you can ramp in days, not weeks.
• Several years of professional copywriting with a portfolio that shows strategic thinking and strong craft across digital and other channels.
• Solid grammar, editing, and proofreading and comfort adapting one core idea across formats.
• Collaborative, direct communication with the ability to take feedback and revise efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

• In-house creative team or content design experience.
• Experience interpreting performance to evaluate creative and developing hypotheses for improvement based on internal knowledge.
