We're partnering with a leading organization to find a high-impact operator who can bring structure, ownership, and momentum to a global Partner Management Framework initiative.

This is not a coordination role — it's for someone who can step in, take the lead, and drive execution with minimal oversight.

What makes this role different:

You'll act as the central driver of a complex, cross-functional effort to formalize how partners are managed end-to-end — from intake to onboarding, performance, and exit.

You'll be expected to connect the dots, push timelines, and bring thought leadership, not just follow a playbook.

What you'll own:

• Driving timelines, deliverables, and overall execution of a Partner Management Framework
• Building and maintaining centralized documentation and process repositories
• Designing partner lifecycle processes (intake ? selection ? onboarding ? performance ? exit)
• Acting as a quality gate + reviewer across all documentation and workflows
• Partnering with business, operations, compliance, and technical teams
• Helping define automation opportunities (AI/tools) to scale processes
• Bringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring forward momentum across workstreams

We're specifically looking for someone who:

• Has 10+ years in partnerships, vendor management, operations, or program management
• Is a strong project manager who drives timelines without handholding
• Has experience building frameworks, not just executing within them
• Can operate as an independent owner (low guidance, high accountability)
• Brings strong documentation and process design skills
• Has exposure to working with technology teams/systems / automation (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
• Thinks like an SME and contributes strategically in addition to executing
