They're tackling a broken system where kids wait months for therapy — not because therapists don't exist, but because insurance, billing, and admin slow everything down.

• 75+ therapists already on the platform, growing quickly

• Raised multi-millions from top early-stage investors

• Small, tight-knit team working directly with users day-to-day

• Building AI-powered workflows across billing, documentation, and operations

• High ownership — you'll help decide what gets built and how

Stack: TypeScript, React, Node (AI-native tooling expected)

Comp: $160k–$210k + 1.5–2% equity

Onsite: SF, 5 days/week
