Description:

Seeking a senior, commercially driven executive to build and lead a Brand Partnerships function. This is a high-impact, builder-operator role with enterprise visibility, requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on deal execution.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and scale a global brand partnerships and monetization strategy.
  • Personally lead high-value partnership deals from pitch through activation.
  • Build and manage senior relationships with agencies, enterprise brands, and emerging partners.
  • Develop talent- and campaign-aligned brand strategies that are authentic and commercially additive.
  • Drive sponsorships for marquee events and high-profile activations.
  • Partner cross-functionally across legal, finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Build scalable systems, sales materials, and a best-in-class partnerships organization.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or talent marketing.
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Deep relationships with brand and agency decision-makers.
  • Strategic leader who is also a hands-on dealmaker.
  • Experience building or scaling a function or team.
