Description:

Aquent is hiring a MarTech Project Manager for a leading beauty client. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the possibility to extend.

This role will support a MarTech team focused on improving marketing workflows through AI, technology, and scalable process improvements. The team partners across marketing, brand, creative, media, tech, and vendor groups to evaluate, pilot, and scale tools that support campaign execution and marketing delivery.

This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping multiple workstreams moving at once. You will support roadmap tracking, meeting coordination, action items, documentation, support request triage, and stakeholder follow-up across business, technical, and vendor-facing initiatives.

Location: Remote or Hybrid

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend

Hours: Full-time

Pay: $50.76 to $56.40/hr

Responsibilities

  • Support roadmap initiatives, enhancements, and priority projects
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, action logs, documentation, and status reporting
  • Coordinate follow-ups across business, technology, media, creative, and vendor partners
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and decisions needed, then escalate as appropriate
  • Support recurring meetings by preparing agendas, notes, and action tracking
  • Help triage incoming questions and support requests across tools and workflows
  • Track issues through resolution in partnership with technical teams and vendors
  • Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support media team project setup, shared folders, file handoffs, documentation, and trackers
  • Provide general operational support to keep workstreams organized and moving forward

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience supporting cross-functional roadmap initiatives, process improvements, or technology projects
  • Experience managing timelines, follow-ups, risks, action items, and stakeholder coordination
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working with marketing teams, technical partners, and/or external vendors
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create meeting notes, status updates, and stakeholder-ready materials
  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ownership
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with MarTech, marketing operations, campaign operations, media operations, or creative operations
  • Experience supporting tool implementations, workflow improvements, or issue resolution
  • Familiarity with project management, ticketing, documentation, or collaboration tools
  • Beauty, retail, ecommerce, agency, or consumer brand experience
