SALARY RANGE - This position pays $17.00/hour, plus tips. The Boost Cafe Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The individual is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders, making healthy drinks as per the recipes, and providing overall positive experience to the guests. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company's Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
