SALARY RANGE - This position is part of the union, and the wage is established by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Current Rate is $22.50/hour. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company's Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards. Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up. Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms. Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed (if applicable). Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
