Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) - Other locations available, incl Sacramento

Experience Level: 3–5 years

Practice Area: Employment Litigation (traditional labor law a plus)

Salary Range: $235,00 - $245,000+ (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities


  • Defend and litigate a wide range of employment-related claims and agency charges
  • Represent employers in court, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and mediations
  • Handle matters involving class and collective actions, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employment torts, contract issues, and non-compete cases
  • Advise and counsel employers on federal and California employment and labor law compliance
  • Provide training on workplace compliance, risk management, and employee relations best practices
  • Conduct legal research, drafting, and case management across assigned matters
  • Class Action / PAGA experience preferred, but not required


Required Qualifications


  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 3-5 years of employment litigation experience; labor law a massive plus
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
  • Demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and a client-focused approach
