Description:

Our client, a global leader in real estate, is seeking a polished, proactive, and service-oriented receptionist to support daily office operations and create a welcoming, high-quality experience for guests and employees alike. This is a highly visible, front-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and takes pride in creating a warm and seamless office experience.

Please note this is an onsite, two-month contract role based in San Francisco. CA. Pay will be $26.66/hr.

This role will support two office locations in the Financial District, and the ideal candidate is comfortable traveling between both sites as needed throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide light administrative support, including greeting and checking in guests, assisting with visitor needs, and resetting Wi-Fi access as needed (laptop provided)
  • Maintain overall office presentation by ensuring common areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked (e.g., tidying workspaces, wiping tables, managing dishes, brewing coffee, replenishing snacks)
  • Monitor and manage inventory of pantry and cleaning supplies; proactively reorder items to ensure consistent availability
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the space to uphold cleanliness and organization standards
  • Travel between two Financial District office locations to provide consistent hospitality support
  • Support ad hoc office and hospitality-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, office coordination, or a similar support role
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "no task too small" mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
