ABOUT VECTORS CAPITAL
Vectors Capital is a venture capital firm investing in breakthrough technologies that accelerate global decarbonization. We back founders building transformative solutions across energy systems, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, industrial innovation, and climate infrastructure. Our platform combines venture capital with strategic corporate partnerships, helping technologies scale across major global industries. We operate globally — with portfolio companies, partners, and investors across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
WHY WE'RE HIRING
Vectors Capital is launching our next fund. As we prepare for this next chapter, we are building a talent pool to support different functions across the firm — investment, accelerator and program management, ecosystem and partnerships, and operations.
Our next fund invests across the AI compute value chain and its energy backbone — the interconnected stack that runs from chips to data centers to power, and the AI applications that this infrastructure enables. Specifically, we focus on four themes:
- Energy transition and the energy tech value chain — clean power generation, grid and transmission, storage, and the electrification stack that powers the AI buildout
- Data center efficiency across the value chain — compute, cooling, power delivery, siting, and the infrastructure layer between energy and AI
- Semiconductors and chips — AI compute, power and specialty semiconductors, advanced packaging, and energy-efficient architectures
- AI applications that drive sustainability and net zero — across transportation, energy, logistics, materials discovery, and other industries where AI can meaningfully reduce emissions
Candidates with backgrounds across any of these areas are ideal, though we remain open to strong candidates from adjacent climate and deep-tech fields.
We are hiring at the Analyst, Associate, and Principal level. This is a hands-on role at a lean firm — team members are expected to wear many hats across investing, program management, partnerships, and operations.
