About the company: Our law firm client, a highly regarded, downtown mid sixed firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment with at least 4 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience to join its dynamic team.
About the Role: The attorney will be responsible for both providing legal counsel and representation to clients on employment law issues, as well as representing clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated matters, collaborating with skilled partners and contributing to high-profile matters.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience taking/defending depositions and meaningful wage & hour experience. Ideal would be someone with those, and also PAGA/class actions, calculating and analyzing damages, and defending discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation claims in court, arbitration, and administrative labor agencies. Salary will be $175,000-$210,000 DOE.
