We are partnering with a top-producing luxury real estate advisor based in Napa Valley to hire a Director of Operations / Executive Assistant to serve as a true right-hand partner.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, behind-the-scenes leadership role supporting a fast-paced, relationship-driven business. You will be instrumental in bringing structure, organization, and consistency to daily operations—allowing the agent to focus on clients and revenue generation.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role and not a sales-first position. It is designed for someone who thrives on organization, execution, and building systems that drive efficiency and growth.
