Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, and executing security solutions aligned with client needs. Core responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing logistics operations, expediting tasks to ensure project milestones are achieved, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations and conducting inspections to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects effectively.
• Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely project delivery and seamless coordination of resources.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and standards, with attention to quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, demonstrating success in managing cross-functional teams and building client relationships.
• Experience in security systems or infrastructure management is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
