A critical operational role overseeing workflow, repairs, and inventory management.

What you'll do:

• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across all systems

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts with exceptional attention to detail

• Receive, inspect, tag, and process incoming merchandise in accordance with brand standards

• Reconcile discrepancies and proactively identify root causes

• Partner closely with sales team to ensure floor stock accuracy and proper merchandise movement

• Oversee repair and custom jewelry workflow from sales team to bench jewelers
• Ensure efficient processes and timely completion of work and quality control all
• Shipping and Receiving

What you'll have:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Adaptability and problem-solving ability
• Experience with inventory control and workflow management a bonus

• The ideal candidate is a go-getter, outgoing, self-motivated, and professional.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and be solution oriented.

• Willingness to learn; work well with a team; collaborate with others

• Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project, and dynamic environment

• Excellent organizational skills; accurate and thorough

• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
