This is an on-site, full-time position located in Healdsburg, CA, for an Estate Wine Educator at Auteur Wines. The Estate Wine Educator will be responsible for hosting wine tastings, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and sharing knowledge about Auteur Wines' portfolio, practices, and story. Additional responsibilities include educating guests about wine pairing, managing wine sales, and ensuring the tasting room maintains its welcoming and professional ambiance. The role will also involve supporting wine club members and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Wine Education, Wine Pairing, and Wineries
• Experience in Wine Sales and familiarity with the winemaking process
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for wine and storytelling, with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Experience in hospitality or winery operations is preferred
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer software
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, as required, in a fast-paced environment
