Pick Pack

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick Pack Associate to join our team at our Santa Rosa warehouse.

Pay rate: $17.45

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm (OT may be required, schedule may change per clients request)

Job Summary:

This role involves efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring that all products are accurately handled to maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

-Pick and pack items from inventory according to order requirements.

-Verify and accurately record item quantities and descriptions.

-Inspect products for quality before packing to ensure they meet company standards.

-Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and securing items.

-Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.

-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.

-Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

-Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

-Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

-Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
