Client: Texas Association of School Boards
Role: Sr. ServiceNow Consultant
TASB's ServiceNow SME left the company unexpectedly and they need a consultant to fill the gaps for them. They are currently working on switching their systems from ServiceNow but need someone to KTLO during the switch.This role will be an expected 20 hours per month with the work given in blocks.
They do not have a lot of modules on ServiceNow, but they have incidents, change management, rdms, and workflows that run off the rdms. Since they do not have other modules, they have used a lot of customizations that this person is going to need to understand and recognize.
MAIN GOAL: Someone who is comfortable digging through code following up on Sr person. The main thing is not to let the system tip over.
Must haves:
5-10 years of experience with ServiceNow and customizations.
Must have experience leveraging ITSM
Must have experience working with Rhythm flows (Request items), Incidents, changes.
TASB Runs their workflows in serviceNow and they were builtt on Rythm.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills to be able to speak to executives and the boots on the ground workers.
Location: REMOTE
Length of Contract: 10-12 months. Potential Extension
20 hours per month!
